Hi! Welcome to my website. My name is Jacqueline Wallace and my passion is following hard after Jesus Christ, encouraging others to be disciples
Here you can read my Blog and scope out my Books. In everything I write I seek to spur on and encourage readers to greater love for God and others, raising a call to live out in everyday life the things Jesus taught us.
Many people throughout my life took me by the hand, figuratively speaking, and demonstrated by their lives what it means to be a follower of Jesus Christ. They modeled that lifestyle before me and spoke truth into my life along the way. I’ve had many fine teachers and mentors.
Then it became my turn to be the same to others. I’ve been doing this for many years but going beyond face-to-face personal interactions, my blog and books are a means to push back the barriers and mentor and encourage on a greater scale, strengthening a community of followers of Jesus.
The book, Brokenness to Beauty: Transforming Your Brokenness into a Beautiful Life is a by-product of my first blog (http://jacquesjourney.blogspot.com/ ). I began the blog by sharing my breast cancer journey and in the process spoke encouragement and hope to those who read it; what I wrote resonated with women and men who were struggling with various kinds of difficulties in their lives.
The Brokenness to Beauty Bible Study is a closer look and deeper dive into the topics brought up in the book, Brokenness to Beauty, which is required reading for the study. The Bible study takes us to the source of our transformation: God and his Word. It is a great companion to the book.
For more information about these books, check out the “Books” page on the menu tab above.
I hope you will join me on this journey of a lifetime following Jesus Christ into a life that is beautiful to God, to us, and to others. This is the life that is worth living. Who wouldn’t want it? It is filled with joy, hope, and peace in the midst of the storms and uncertainties around us.
If you are interested in living that life, a life of greater love for God and others, living out in everyday life the things Jesus taught us, this just may be the community for you to join.
